Offering fishing boat, pontoon boat, kayak, SUP, and canoe rentals along with slips, buoy service, fuel, and store, Vallecito Marina and Yacht Club is a full-service operation open 7 days a week from May through September from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Come here to purchase fishing, boating, and OHV permits.

Tour of Carvings

In the aftermath of the 2002 Missionary Ridge fire, local artist Chad Haspels began to create carvings that represent the community’s rebirth despite such devastating loss. Now, you can take the Tour of Carvings and view each individual carving and learn about their unique representation of the Vallecito Lake community’s efforts to restore the valley.

Explore Vallecito Creek, Lake Eileen, East Creek, and the Pine River trails. We are also happy to print out maps to take with you on the hike, just ask!
