Check-in time is anytime after 3 pm.
Check-out time is anytime before 10 am.

We are sometimes able to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but it depends on our housekeeping schedule for the day. If you are interested in this option, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.

Pet Policy

Elk Point Lodge is pet friendly, because your pups love to vacation too!

There is a pet fee of $10
per night per pet.

We allow a maximum 2 pets per cabin.

REAL Service Animals are always welcome.

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests and their pets, please have your pet under your control at all times when on property.

We also kindly ask that you not allow animals onto beds or furniture as animal hair is extremely time consuming to remove from bedding and fabrics.

A basket with brown towels, doggie waste bags and more will be provided in your cabin.

Please note an additional $100 Damage fee may be assessed if there are damages to the cabin or property upon checkout.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit + the cleaning and pet fees are due upon booking.
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more in advance of your arrival date, your full deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel your booking within 30 days of your arrival date, you will only receive a refund if the cabin is re-booked for your cancelled dates, less a $50 administration fee.

Payment Policy

There is a one-time variable cleaning fee added to each reservation based on the size of the cabins from $50 for our smallest cabins to $125 for our largest cabin.

A 50% deposit + the cleaning and pet fees are due upon booking. The remaining balance is automatically charged to the card on file on the morning of your arrival.

If you wish to change the method of payment for the amount charged at check-in, please call us before the day of arrival and we are happy to accommodate.

If upon check-out it is determined that your cabin requires excessive cleaning, a $100 Excessive Cleaning fee may be assessed.
Additionally, if there are damages to the cabin or property, a $100 Damages fee will be applied.
